2. Products and Orders
All jerseys are custom-made to order. By placing an order, you confirm that your design does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to refuse orders that contain offensive, illegal, or infringing content. Order confirmation does not guarantee availability; we will notify you if fulfillment is not possible.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in USD and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount including product cost, shipping, and applicable taxes. All sales are final for custom-made items, subject to our Return Policy.
4. Intellectual Property
You represent that you have the right to use any logos, images, or designs you upload. You grant Ballerna a limited license to use your uploaded content solely to produce your order. Ballerna retains all rights to its own designs, templates, and website content.
5. Limitation of Liability
Ballerna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
6. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
