FULL POLICY
Custom-Made Products
All Ballerna jerseys are made to order based on your specific design choices. Because each jersey is uniquely produced for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or design preferences.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a jersey with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or if we shipped the wrong item, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
How to Report an Issue
Email us at support@ballerna.com or use the Contact form with: (1) Your order number, (2) Photos clearly showing the defect or error, (3) A brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Refunds
If a replacement is not possible or you prefer a refund, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approving your claim.
Size Issues
We strongly recommend consulting our Size Guide before ordering. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order — we're happy to help. We cannot accept returns for incorrect size selection, but we may offer a discounted replacement at our discretion.

Please double-check your design, colors, names, numbers, and sizes before placing your order. Once production begins (usually within 24 hours of payment), we cannot make changes.
