While the NFL offseason is officially in full swing, Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams is already hard at work building chemistry for the 2026 campaign. The former USC star was spotted back at his college stomping grounds this week, leading a private workout with several of his top offensive weapons.

Bears wide receiver Jahdae Walker shared a video on Instagram showing the group training together at USC's facilities. Williams was joined by fellow 2025 draft class standout Rome Odunze, dynamic receiver Luther Burden III, and tight end Colston Loveland, alongside Walker himself.

It’s a significant show of initiative from the young quarterback, who is taking the lead to ensure his connection with his receivers only grows stronger. While Williams is the only Trojan alum in the group—with Burden (Missouri), Loveland (Michigan), Odunze (Washington), and Walker (Texas A&M) hailing from different college programs—they are united in their mission to elevate the Bears' offense.

This offseason work is especially promising for Bears fans after a breakout 2025 season. Williams, who threw for 3,922 yards and 27 touchdowns, helped lead Chicago to an 11-5 record, an NFC North title, and a playoff appearance. Seeing the core of their passing attack putting in extra reps during the break is a clear signal that the team isn't resting on its laurels and is focused on making an even deeper run next season.
