The Packers signed 10 undrafted free agents after the 2026 draft. Which one is most likely to make the 53-man roster?

The Green Bay Packers have a proud tradition of turning undrafted rookies into roster mainstays, and this year's crop of 10 undrafted free agents (UDFAs) is no exception. As the summer battles heat up, one name stands out above the rest as the most likely to crack the 53-man roster.

While wide receiver J. Michael Sturdivant brings intriguing vertical speed, blocking chops, and special teams value to the bottom of the depth chart, the smart money is on offensive lineman Josh Gesky. The Packers showed serious interest by bringing him in for a top-30 visit and backing it up with a $200,000 base salary guarantee—a clear signal of their commitment. With the interior offensive line far from settled beyond the top seven, and the team likely keeping 10 linemen, there's a genuine opportunity here. Gesky may not have tackle potential, but he logged quality reps at guard in the Big Ten and is an impressive athlete at 308 pounds. Finding the right UDFA fit is always about blending ability with opportunity, and Gesky looks pro-ready for a Packers squad with open spots on the interior.

Another name to watch is linebacker Kenny Quinn. After passing on an off-ball linebacker in the 2026 draft, the Packers signed Quinn, who also visited on a top-30 trip. He's a tad undersized at 6-foot, 225 pounds, but his college production speaks volumes: 289 tackles, 15 tackles for loss, five sacks, three interceptions, and nine pass breakups. He also flashed impressive speed at his pro day, running a 4.52-second 40-yard dash. He'll face competition from veterans Nick Neimann and Kristian Welch, but if Quinn can show enough playmaking ability and contribute on special teams, he could carve out a spot on the 53.

And don't count out Sturdivant entirely. Many analysts expected him to be drafted, and while his college career didn't quite live up to the promise of his standout freshman season in 2022, he was often a victim of circumstances beyond his control. The talent that made him a potential Day 3 pick is still visible on tape, making him a dark horse to watch this summer.
