After another exciting week of the high school girls track and field season, it's time to look back on the best performances.

Another thrilling week of high school girls track and field has come and gone, and the performances were nothing short of spectacular. From record-breaking throws to lightning-fast sprints, these athletes left it all on the track and field. Now it's your turn to weigh in—who deserves the title of HSS North Jersey Player of the Week? Check out the standout stars below and cast your vote in the poll at the bottom of the page.

First up, a freshman phenom who dominated the NJIC National championship with wins in the 800 and 1,600 meters. She didn't just win—she shattered a school record in the 1,600 by over 15 seconds and also anchored the 4-x-400 relay to a third-place finish, setting another school mark in the process. Talk about making a statement early in her career.

Next, a junior javelin thrower who launched a state-leading 139-5, breaking a Passaic County record that had stood since 2002. That's some serious power—and she didn't stop there, taking second in the shot put and third in the discus at the Big North Independence meet. Consistency and strength define her game.

Over in the NJIC, a junior standout helped her team, the Aviators, stay unbeaten by winning the 200, 400 hurdles, and long jump, while finishing second in the open 400. It was a performance that sealed their 16th straight divisional title—proof that teamwork and individual brilliance go hand in hand.

Speed was the name of the game for a sophomore who claimed the Big North United 100 and 200 titles, then followed it up with a state-leading 11.98 in the 100 at Track Night NYC. She also posted a North Jersey-leading 25.01 in the 200, showing she's a force to be reckoned with on the big stage.

Another sophomore made her mark in the NJIC Colonial meet, winning the long jump and pole vault while placing second in the 100 and third in the 200. Her versatility helped the Bears secure the title, proving that all-around talent can carry a team to victory.

Finally, a sophomore from the Patriots squad delivered a clutch performance, winning the 400 hurdles and 800, and anchoring the winning 4-x-400 relay. Her efforts helped her unbeaten team edge out Lakeland for the Big North Independence title—a true team player with a knack for rising to the occasion.
