Former Robert Morris power forward DeSean Goode has committed to transfer to Miami, he announced Sunday evening on social media. He will have two years of eligibility remaining in Coral Gables.

The 6-foot-8, 230-pound Goode committed to the Hurricanes following an official visit to campus this past weekend. He was also reportedly considering Kansas, Louisville, and St. John’s.

Goode, considered one of the most sought-after low-majors in the portal. was named the 2025-26 Horizon League Player of the Year after averaging 15.2 points and a team-leading 8.7 rebounds in 33 games for the Colonials.
