Raiders roster 2026: How wide receivers stack up

Las Vegas added to position in the draft

The Las Vegas Raiders entered the 2026 NFL Draft knowing they needed to bolster their wide receiver corps, and they wasted no time addressing that need. With a clear lack of a true No. 1 target on the roster, the front office focused on adding depth, speed, and familiarity to the position group.

Among the new faces in Silver and Black are Jalen Nailor, who arrives from the Minnesota Vikings, and Dareke Young, who reunites with head coach Klint Kubiak after their time together in Seattle. While Young is primarily known for his special teams contributions, Kubiak believes he can carve out a meaningful role in the offense. Nailor, meanwhile, brings explosive playmaking potential that could help stretch the field.

Speed is the name of the game for two other additions: Benson and Dont’e Thornton. Both players are burners who could push for roster spots in training camp. Their ability to take the top off defenses will be a valuable asset in Kubiak's scheme.

Returning wideout Tre Tucker is expected to have a defined role in the offense, but the key to the unit's success may rest on the shoulders of Jack Bech. The Raiders' second-round pick from last year must take a significant step forward in 2026. If Bech can develop into a reliable playmaker, it would go a long way toward solving the team's need for a go-to receiver.

As the roster stands, the Raiders have options—but they'll need production to match the potential. With training camp on the horizon, all eyes will be on how this revamped group stacks up.
