The NCAA Transfer Portal has another notable name, as Miami Hurricanes guard Jordyn Kee has officially entered his name, seeking a new program for the third time in as many seasons. The redshirt freshman's decision, confirmed by On3's Pete Nakos, adds to the roster movement in Coral Gables.

Kee's collegiate journey has been one of limited opportunity thus far. He spent his true freshman year at Georgia in 2024-25, utilizing a redshirt season to preserve eligibility. After transferring to Miami, his playing time remained scarce, appearing in just eight games this past season and averaging 0.4 points, 0.4 rebounds, and 0.4 assists per contest.

He becomes the fourth Hurricane to enter the portal this cycle, joining guards Noam Dovrat and Tru Washington, along with forward Treyvon Maddox. This roster turnover comes on the heels of a resurgent season for Miami under first-year head coach Jai Lucas.

Lucas, hired from Duke's staff, engineered a remarkable turnaround. The Hurricanes vaulted from a 7-24 campaign the previous year to a 26-9 record and a Second Round appearance in the NCAA Tournament. Lucas quickly credited the people within the program for the success, stating after their season-ending loss to Purdue that the supportive administration and committed players made his job easy.
