Kentucky Wildcats basketball coach Mark Pope is keeping the conversation going with Big Blue Nation. After a first round of Q&A on social media, he returned this week with another video, answering more fan questions—and this time, he focused on two key players for next season.

First up was Ousmane N'Diaye, the lengthy forward who has fans buzzing. Pope not only cleared up the correct pronunciation of his name but also couldn't hide his excitement about the freshman's physical tools. "He's only slightly taller than me, but his reach is way longer," Pope said, emphasizing the kind of length that can change games on both ends of the floor.

Then came Kam Williams, a player who could be a breakout star. When asked if Williams could be a starter, Pope didn't hesitate: "Yes." He revealed that despite missing 12 games last season, Williams still led the team in plus/minus. "His foot is healthy now," Pope added, and noted that Williams has added weight this offseason—a promising sign for his durability and physicality.

Pope also addressed a rumor swirling around international prospect Marcios Santos, denying claims that the recruit was already committed to LSU when Pope went to scout him. "That's just not true," he stated flatly.

The full video is well worth a watch, as Pope dives deeper into what the Wildcats look for in international talent and hints at a potential overseas trip this summer. For Kentucky fans, it's another sign that Pope is building a program with transparency, energy, and a keen eye for the future.
