Ndongo arrives after three impactful seasons with the Yellow Jackets, where he started all 90 games he appeared in. He averaged 11.8 points and 8.1 rebounds this past season, showcasing the consistent double-double potential that made him a coveted portal target. His career averages stand at a solid 12.6 points and 8.1 boards per game.

His talent was on full display in a January showdown against No. 16 North Carolina, where he poured in 27 points and grabbed eight rebounds in a high-level ACC battle. That kind of performance is exactly what Pitt head coach Jeff Capel is counting on as he enters his ninth season.
