The sports world is mourning the loss of Chris Payton-Jones, a former NFL and UFL cornerback, who has died at the age of 30. According to reports, Payton-Jones was involved in a car accident on Saturday night.
Payton-Jones' football journey was a testament to perseverance. After going undrafted out of Nebraska in 2018, he carved out a professional career through sheer determination. He saw action in 29 NFL regular-season games, making six starts across stints with the Arizona Cardinals, Detroit Lions, Minnesota Vikings, and Tennessee Titans.
