Former Georgia Bulldogs guard Jordyn Kee is on the move once more, entering the NCAA transfer portal after a single season with the Miami Hurricanes. This marks the second portal entry for the rising redshirt sophomore, who began his collegiate career in Athens.

Kee, originally part of Georgia's highly-touted 2024 recruiting class that ranked 10th nationally, redshirted his freshman year without appearing in a game for the Bulldogs. He initially transferred to Miami ahead of the 2025-26 season, seeking a fresh start in the ACC.

However, playing time proved difficult to find on a veteran-laden Hurricanes squad that featured established guards like Tre Donaldson and Tru Washington. Kee saw limited action, averaging just 0.4 points, 0.4 rebounds, and 0.4 assists across only 25 total minutes for the season. Miami enjoyed a successful campaign, earning a No. 7 seed in the NCAA Tournament and winning a first-round game before falling to Purdue.

With three years of eligibility remaining, Kee is likely prioritizing a program where he can secure a more significant role and develop his game. His journey highlights the fluid nature of modern college basketball rosters and the ongoing search for the right fit.

His departure from Miami completes the dissolution of that notable Georgia 2024 class. Top recruit Asa Newell was a first-round NBA draft pick by the Atlanta Hawks, Somto Cyril has also entered the transfer portal, and Savo Drezgic has moved to a professional team in Serbia.
