The Atlanta Falcons don't have many picks to make, but they are making them count by targeting high-end performers at premium positions.

After picking Clemson cornerback Avieon Terrell in Round 2, Atlanta followed by selecting Georgia wide receiver Zachariah Branch in the third round. The Terrell pick earned the Falcons an "A+" grade from Mike Renner at CBS Sports, and the Branch pick has earned them another A.

"The Falcons may not have added much size in this draft, but they added attitude. Branch is a rocked up slot receiver who can make plays with the ball in his hands. While he has a relatively small catch radius, he's willing to go over the middle and make plays in traffic."

Branch (5-foot-9, 177 pounds) is coming off a breakout season at Georgia, where he put up 81 catches, 811 receiving yards and six touchdowns. Branch also made a habit of huge plays as a return specialist.

No prospect is a sure thing at the next level, but if Branch grows the right way the Falcons will have finally found the partner for Drake London that they've been missing at wide receiver as well as a dynamic returner.
