SPRINGFIELD–Jacob Clark, the greatest quarterback in the history of the Missouri State football program, failed to hear his name called at the 2026 NFL Draft, but did manage to sign with the Las Vegas Raiders as an undrafted free agent.
Clark made 28 starts for MO State from 2023-25, and holds both single season and career passing records, in every major statistical category. He led the Bears to back-to-back winning seasons from 2024-25, with an appearance in the Xbox Bowl, in the team’s first season at the FBS level, last fall.
The Texas native will have to go into training camp and beat out the competition for either a spot on the 53-man roster or the Raiders practice squad. If he gets cut from the team during training camp, he could always latch on with another team, but the chances of making an NFL roster after getting cut from training camp are thin.
