The Arizona Cardinals have officially inked their second-round draft pick, signing offensive lineman Chase Bisontis to a four-year contract. The deal was finalized today at the Dignity Health Arizona Cardinals Training Center in Tempe, AZ.
Selected 34th overall in the 2026 NFL Draft, Bisontis brings a powerful presence to the Cardinals' offensive line. Standing at 6-foot-5 and weighing 314 pounds, he's expected to compete for the starting guard position immediately.
His college resume at Texas A&M speaks volumes. Bisontis started all 36 games he appeared in over three seasons, with 23 starts at left guard during his final two years. Last season alone, he started 13 games and earned third-team All-SEC honors after anchoring an Aggies offense that ranked among the SEC's elite—finishing with the conference's third-best rushing attack (184.7 yards per game) and a top-four scoring offense (33.8 points per game).
Perhaps most impressive? According to ESPN research, Bisontis didn't allow a single sack in 2025 and closed out his college career with 18 consecutive games without giving up a sack. That kind of protection is exactly what every NFL quarterback dreams of.
The Aggies also made history in 2025, earning their first-ever College Football Playoff appearance. Bisontis was a key piece of that milestone run.
With this signing, the Cardinals have now locked up all but two members of their 2026 draft class—quarterback Carson Beck and defensive lineman Kaleb Proctor remain unsigned.
