Offensive lineman Alijah Vera-Tucker, who joined the Patriots this offseason, made it clear that Vrabel's transparency has only strengthened the bond between coach and players.

"I think just being open and honest—that's key in any relationship," Vera-Tucker said Tuesday. "I give credit to him. He's very honest with us, very open as well. I don't think a lot of people would be able to do that. So I respect that a lot. And like I said, I'm excited to be coached by Vrabel. I think he's a phenomenal coach in this league."

Vera-Tucker's praise adds to a growing chorus of support from key Patriots figures. Tight end Hunter Henry, safety Robert Spillane, and quarterback Drake Maye have all voiced their confidence in Vrabel this week, emphasizing his consistency and focus on football.

"I thought he did a great job," Henry said of Vrabel's recent team address. "It's been the same Vrabes—bringing a lot of energy into the room. Obviously, he addressed it. That's kind of what I'll say about it."

Spillane echoed that sentiment, highlighting Vrabel's ability to compartmentalize. "I love coach, and I'm going to be here to support him, as he would be there to support me through anything. Coach coaches football. He keeps the main thing the main thing. I know he's dealing with personal issues, but when we're in the building, we speak football."

Maye, speaking at a Best Buddies event Wednesday night, added: "We're here for coach. We love coach and what he does for us, and has done for us this past year. You can't speak it into words. Thankfully, he's our head coach. We know he's dealing with some stuff off the field, but we're here for him—and I know he's gonna come back."
