Connor Wynne agrees a new one-year contract with Bradford Bulls to keep him at Odsal for next season.

The Bradford Bulls have secured a key piece of their backline for the upcoming season, with winger Connor Wynne signing a new one-year contract to remain at Odsal. The 25-year-old, who initially joined the Super League side on a 12-month deal from Featherstone Rovers last November, has earned his extension through a strong start to his Bulls career, crossing for five tries in nine appearances.

Wynne's journey with Bradford began in 2023 when he joined on loan from his hometown club, Hull FC. Now fully committed to the Bulls, Wynne expressed his excitement about the new deal. "It's a really good feeling to have signed again," he told the club's website. "I feel like I've had a good start, but I want to push on even more now. There's plenty more to come from me, and it's really exciting to sign for next year. The hard work continues."

The winger also credited the positive environment at Odsal for his form. "I'm really happy here. I was having a little chat with Nobby [Brian Noble] the other day about happiness, and when you're at your happiest, you're playing well. So to be able to sign here again has made me even more happy."

Bulls coach Kurt Haggerty praised Wynne's dedication, noting the winger's growth since arriving. "Connor has been on a really tough journey with us," Haggerty said. "He came in pre-season and put the hard work in—he really knuckled down. It became a choice for Connor: whether he ripped in and earned that spot or took it through an opportunity. Overall, he's worked so hard to get the opportunity. He's kept his shirt and kept performing consistently at Super League level."

Haggerty added that while Wynne still has areas to improve, the club is thrilled to have him locked in for another year. "There are still things he needs to work on and is working on, but I'm really happy to have him at the club for another 12 months."

For Bulls fans, this deal signals stability and a vote of confidence in a player who has quickly become a reliable option on the wing. As the team builds toward next season, Wynne's commitment adds depth and experience to a squad aiming to climb the Super League standings.
