Manchester City are riding high after their historic Women's Super League triumph, and now they've got their eyes on more silverware. The newly crowned champions are set to face Brighton & Hove Albion in the Adobe Women's FA Cup final later this month—a showdown that promises plenty of drama.

Both teams earned their spots at Wembley after thrilling semi-final victories on May 10. Brighton edged past Liverpool in a five-goal classic, while City matched that scoreline to knock out six-time winners Chelsea in extra time.

For Brighton, this final is a landmark moment. The Seagulls stunned European champions and record FA Cup holders Arsenal in the quarter-finals with a commanding 2-0 win, then showed their resilience against Liverpool. After falling 2-0 behind, goals from Manuela Vanegas, Madison Haley, and Nadine Noordam turned the tie around in extra time—shattering Liverpool's hopes.

Earlier in their run, Brighton dispatched Nottingham Forest 2-0 in the fourth round and edged past West Ham 2-1 in the fifth. That set up their clash with 14-time FA Cup winners Arsenal, where goals from Haley and Caitlin Hayes sealed a famous victory.

Manchester City's path to the final has been equally impressive. They stormed through the early rounds, scoring ten goals in wins over Bournemouth and Sheffield United. A single Bunny Shaw strike was enough to beat Birmingham City in the quarter-finals, setting the stage for that epic semi-final against Chelsea.

Trailing 2-0 to the holders, City roared back with Mary Fowler and a Shaw brace sealing a 3-2 extra-time win. Now they face first-time finalists Brighton, with the trophy tantalizingly close.

The Adobe Women's FA Cup final takes place at Wembley Stadium on Sunday, May 31, with kick-off at 3pm BST. Tickets are on sale now via the Wembley Stadium website—don't miss your chance to witness history in the making.
