A Fort Worth local is returning home to continue her collegiate career with the Horned Frogs. Camille Williams, a freshman guard who spent her 2025-26 season with Miami (FL), has committed to TCU out of the portal and will have four years of eligibility remaining. A four-star recruit out of Boswell, Williams ranked as the No. 36 overall player in the country, according to ESPN. The 5-foot-11 guard is the sixth portal addition for TCU. Williams announced her commitment on Instagram and Charles Baggarly of the Star-Telegram reported it first.

Williams, who redshirted and didn’t play during the 2025-26 season, joins a slew of newcomers from the portal including Bella Hines (LSU), Avery Hjelmstad (Utah), Lanie Grant (UNC), Jadyn Wooten (Oklahoma State) and Lara Somfai (Stanford). At Boswell, Williams was a three-time District MVP, two-time TABC All-State, two-time TGCA All-State and two-time Star-Telegram POTY selection. She totaled 2,748 points, 1,030 rebounds, 536 assists and 574 steals.
