Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Rashid Shaheed is poised for a full season in 2026, and early projections suggest his numbers will look strikingly similar to his 2025 campaign.

Shaheed joined the Seahawks midseason via trade and played a key role in Seattle's Super Bowl victory. Now, with a full offseason and a Lombardi Trophy in hand, he's expected to be a critical piece of the team's repeat bid. ESPN analyst Mike Clay's 2026 NFL Projection Guide forecasts Shaheed to notch 41 receptions for 633 yards and three touchdowns—nearly identical to his combined 2025 totals of 59 catches, 687 yards, and two scores.

Last season, Shaheed split time between New Orleans and Seattle. In nine games with the Saints, he posted 44 receptions for 499 yards. After the trade, he added 15 catches for 188 yards in nine games with the Seahawks. With a full season in Seattle's system, he has a prime opportunity to solidify his role as the No. 2 receiving option, ahead of veteran Cooper Kupp and behind reigning Offensive Player of the Year Jaxon Smith-Njigba.

That pecking order will shape the defensive attention Shaheed faces, but his explosive playmaking ability makes him a dangerous complement.
