The Boston Fleet will be playoff-bound for the first time since appearing in the finals during the 2023-24 season. The Fleet’s final game of the season will determine where they place in the playoffs.

Whether as the first or second seed, Boston will look to go from worst to first.

The Fleet will have home-field advantage, with semifinal games played at the Tsongas Center. It’s still unknown who would host the PWHL Finals first.

The Fleet decimated the competition during the regular season. Jessie Eldridge leads the team in goals scored, while Alina Muller is tied with her in points. Megan Keller is a force, while Aerin Frankel is a rock behind the net.

Here's everything you should know about the Fleet's semifinal matchup, from the opponent to start date.

The regular season of the 2026 PWHL Playoffs ends on April 25. While it's unknown at the time when the playoffs begin, it's expected to start at the beginning of May.

The Fleet will host the first few games of the semifinals at home at the Tsongas Center. A date and start time have yet to be determined.

Depending on where the Fleet place in the standings, Boston has two options.

If Boston remains in second place, the team could place the four seed. The representative could be the Ottawa Charge or the Toronto Scepters. Meanwhile, if the Fleet can reach the top seed in the standings, Boston can choose their opponent (except for the second seed).

Ottawa has a 3-1 edge against Boston this year. Boston is 3-1 against Toronto. If Minnesota is in the mix, Boston is also 3-1 against the Frost.

Fleet fans will be happy to know the majority of playoff games will be at home in Lowell.
