The final day of the EFL season is upon us, and after breaking down the drama in the Championship and League One, it's time to focus on League Two—where the stakes are arguably higher than anywhere else.

Unlike the divisions above, there's still plenty to be decided. The champions haven't been crowned yet, and only two teams—MK Dons and Bromley—have secured promotion to League One so far. That leaves a host of clubs battling for glory, survival, and a coveted spot in the play-offs.

Let's dive into what's at stake on Saturday.

At the top of the table, MK Dons sit on 85 points, just one ahead of a historic Bromley side. Paul Warne's men can seal the title with a win away at 15th-placed Fleetwood Town. But if they slip up with a draw or loss, Bromley—hosting 12th-placed Walsall—could pounce. Andy Woodman's team simply need to win and hope for a favour elsewhere to snatch top spot.

Third place is also up for grabs, and it's a three-horse race to avoid the play-offs. Cambridge United currently hold that spot, and they could even leapfrog into second if Bromley stumble. A victory away at Crewe Alexandra would guarantee their return to League One.

Hot on their heels are Salford City (80 points) and Notts County (79 points). Both are already assured of at least a play-off berth, but a win on Saturday could see them climb to third. Salford travel to relegation-threatened Crawley Town, while Notts County host midtable Bristol Rovers.

With Salford, Notts County, and Grimsby Town all locked into the play-offs, there's one final spot up for grabs—and it's set up perfectly. Chesterfield currently occupy seventh place on 76 points, just one ahead of Swindon Town, who they visit on Saturday. That means Chesterfield simply need to avoid defeat to secure their play-off place. But it won't be easy at the County Ground, especially since the Robins beat the Spireites earlier this season.

Get ready for a thrilling finale—everything is still to play for in League Two.
