The Flyers are one win away from advancing to the second round.

They can't look ahead. The Flyers still have to defeat the Pittsburgh Penguins one more time before heading to the second round for the first time since 2020, so it would be unwise to look ahead.

Sidney Crosby and the Penguins are capable of prolonging this series if the Flyers don't focus on the task at hand.

But we aren't playing Crosby, they are. We can do whatever we'd like.

The Flyers knew going in they'd see an old friend in the second round. It would either be former star Claude Giroux, who is still playing for the Ottawa Senators or the Carolina Hurricanes, coached by legendary Flyer Rod Brind'Amour.

The Hurricanes swept the Senators in the first-round, meaning they have already advanced to the second round.
