Today is the eve of the NFL draft. Several of UW’s teams are ranked or have been honored this week.
The NFL draft begins tomorrow. Will UW have another player chosen in the first round? Possibly. Denzel Boston continues to get late first round selections in some mock drafts. Mark Schafer has his draft profile of Denzel Boston. Andrew Berg has his profile on Jonah Coleman who is probably a day 2 (Friday) selection.

Washington is #16 in all-time NFL Draft selections behind UCLA and just ahead of Michigan State.
The College Football Playoff governance committee is meeting this week and there is a push to expand the playoffs to 24 teams.
UW had spring practice #10 yesterday. It was a relatively light practice after the scrimmaging last Saturday. Just 4 more practices before the spring game.
Roman Tomashoff has an article on yesterday’s practice and focuses on the competition between the WR’s and the DB’s.
Dan Raley’s article on the practice focused on one player who did not practice: transfer DL Kai McClendon. While he did not practice, he was out and was working on some boxing. He also pointed out the transfer OL Kolt Dietrich was in uniform and did take some practice snaps-although he was limited.
Dawgman had an interview after practice with sophomore Dylan Robinson who is now 6’3” and 210 lbs. Since he got his feet wet last year, he’s “really looking to make an impact this year”.
DB Coach John Richardson talks about Robinson and some of the other DB’s in this ($) article on Dawgman. You can watch some of that below.
Dawgman also has an interview with redshirt freshman DB Ramonz Adams.
And Christian Caple has his ($) article on the practice, again focusing on Dylan Robinson.
