Wigan Warriors wingers Liam Marshall and Dayon Sambou have both been ruled out for up to three months.
Marshall, 29, suffered what the club have called a "significant hamstring tear" in the first half of last week's defeat at Warrington Wolves.
Sambou, 21, injured his knee in the home defeat by Castleford the week prior and is expected to be out for between 10 and 12 weeks.
Matt Peet's men, who have now lost their past four Super League matches, welcome Bradford Bulls on Saturday.
