After a brief but electrifying taste of playoff hockey, the Philadelphia Flyers are leaving the ice with one clear message: they want more. The team's end-of-season exit interviews kicked off on Tuesday, with players echoing a shared theme of hunger and determination to return to the postseason—and make a deeper run next time.

For defenseman Rasmus Ristolainen, the wait was especially long. After 13 seasons in the league, he finally experienced playoff action with the Flyers. "You got a little taste. And now, you want to get there every single year," Ristolainen said. "Before, you didn't really know what to expect. Now you have a little taste. That should be the ultimate goal every season—and then advance as long as possible."

Alternate captain Travis Konecny, who was hungry for a playoff spot just a year ago, is now raising the bar. "You get in, and now you look to next year already, and you've got to raise the bar again," Konecny said. "That would be getting in again and making another run. I feel like we're on the right path, and the players coming in are really elevating our team. I'm really excited to see what happens here."

For younger players like Trevor Zegras, the playoffs marked a first taste of high-stakes hockey—and a valuable learning experience. "It's definitely been a weird last couple of days. I'm excited for what's ahead with this team," Zegras said. "The playoffs were such a good learning experience for myself and a lot of the other young guys who haven't played in a playoff game. Learning what it's like to play a series is huge for our growth."

Tyson Foerster, caught on camera saying "We'll be back" after the Game 4 loss, doubled down on that promise during interviews. "I really believe we're going in the right direction," Foerster said. "This group has something special, and we're not satisfied with just getting a taste. We want to make this a habit."

For Flyers fans, the message is clear: the team is hungry, motivated, and ready to build on this season's momentum. Whether you're gearing up for next season or celebrating this year's grit, showing your Flyers pride has never felt more meaningful.
