Spring sports are heating up, and it's time to crown the next Chillicothe Gazette High School Athlete of the Week! With standout performances across the region, we're putting the decision in your hands. Cast your vote now and help us celebrate the athletes who gave it their all on the field and diamond.

The poll is open from 5 a.m. Monday to 5 p.m. Friday, and you can vote as often as you'd like. The winner will be announced shortly after voting closes, so don't miss your chance to support your favorite player.

This week's nominees delivered some jaw-dropping stats. Jolyn Jett of Adena made history, going 3-for-4 with two home runs to break the single-season home run record (14) and adding 8 RBIs in a win over Fairfield Union. Teammate Coleton Baxter also shined, crushing two homers and driving in four runs against Wellston. Marly Halcomb, also from Adena, went a perfect 4-for-4 with a double and three runs scored versus Washington Court House.

Over at Unioto, Haylee Hull went 3-for-4 with a home run, three runs, and two RBIs against Waverly. Westfall's Caleb Lowe was a two-way star, pitching a complete-game three-hitter with 12 strikeouts while adding two hits and three RBIs at the plate against Adena. Southeastern's Gracie Brown had a monster game, going 5-for-5 with a double, triple, and four runs scored. Paint Valley's Kyla Littler was a speedster, going 4-for-4 with two doubles, three stolen bases, and two RBIs against Whiteoak. Finally, Adena's Colton Garrison rounded out the list with a 3-for-4 performance featuring three doubles, three runs, and two RBIs against Trimble.
