It's time to tip off another round of fan voting! Week 7 of the Delaware high school spring sports season delivered some electrifying performances, and now we need your help to crown the ultimate Team of the Week.

From track dominance to clutch wins on the diamond and the pitch, these five programs left it all on the field. Cast your unlimited votes from Monday through Thursday, and we'll announce the champion on Friday, May 15.

Here are your Week 7 nominees, each bringing their A-game:

Cape Henlopen Track & Field – The Vikings swept the competition at the Henlopen Conference championships, with both the girls' and boys' squads taking home the team titles. That's a clean sweep that screams championship pedigree.

Caravel Girls Soccer – The Bucs are building serious momentum. With back-to-back wins over Padua and Charter of Wilmington, Caravel improved to an impressive 8-2-2 record. Their defense is tightening up at just the right time.

Concord Boys Volleyball – The Raiders are spiking their way to an 11-4 mark after taking down Red Lion and Mount Pleasant. Their net presence is turning heads across the state.

Polytech Softball – The Panthers are on fire, improving to 13-4 after victories over Cape Henlopen and Sussex Tech. With a winning percentage like that, they're a serious contender in the state title conversation.

Sussex Central Baseball – The Golden Knights went on a tear, defeating Sussex Tech, Smyrna, and powerhouse Salesianum to push their record to 9-5. That's a statement week against tough competition.

Who gets your vote? Whether you're repping your alma mater or just love great sports, make your voice heard.
