A huge portion of the San Antonio Spurs' hopes to go deep and end up atop of the NBA Playoffs hinges on Victor Wembanyama. During Game 2 of their first-round matchup against the Portland Trail Blazers, a worrying incident happened. Coach Mitch Johnson and the rest of the staff ended up making a tough decision about whether not he continues to play in this game.

The Spurs have officially decided that Victor Wembanyama will no longer suit up for the remainder of their Game 2 clash against the Trail Blazers, per Shams Charania of ESPN.

He will enter concussion protocol and his availability will be up in the air during the rest of the Spurs' run in the NBA Playoffs.
