Enter Gabe Dynes, a 7-foot-5 center from Independence, Kentucky, who entered the portal from USC. An unranked recruit out of Simon Kenton High School, he first made his mark at Youngstown State, where he developed into an elite shot-blocker, averaging 3.1 blocks per game as a sophomore. After transferring to USC, he served in a reserve role, playing 11.9 minutes per game while shooting a remarkable 78.8% from the field, albeit in limited attempts. His size alone makes him a unique defensive asset, though his free-throw shooting (a career 43.6%) remains a work in progress.

With one season of eligibility left, the big question is about fit and playing time.
