Fresh off cutting down the nets with UCLA, star center Lauren Betts is already making major moves in the pros. The Washington Mystics rookie and No. 4 overall pick in the 2026 WNBA Draft has officially signed a shoe deal with Reebok Basketball, joining the brand's growing roster of elite women's basketball talent.
Reebok welcomed the 6'7" All-American in a social media announcement, highlighting her dominant collegiate career and championship pedigree. "She is a dominant interior presence, poised to bring that same impact to the pro game," the brand stated, signaling their belief in her as a future cornerstone.
Betts becomes the fifth current WNBA player aligned with Reebok, entering a family that includes fellow stars Angel Reese, who already has her own signature shoe line. While a release date for a potential "Betts" signature model hasn't been announced, this deal places the rookie in a powerful position as she begins her professional journey.
That journey kicks off immediately, as Betts reports to Mystics training camp this Sunday. She'll be joined by a familiar face in fellow UCLA champion and draft pick Angela Dugalić, as they compete for a spot on the final roster. The Mystics' preseason begins April 25th, offering fans their first look at Betts in her new Reeboks on the WNBA stage.
