’25-’26: Kyle transferred to UC-Irvine for his junior season. He played in every game (39) that (32-7) season, but did not start, and UCI made it to the NIT championship game, losing by a point in overtime to Chattanooga.
This past season Kyle started all 35 games and averaged 28.6 minutes. He set the Big West conference single-season record for blocked shots with 115. He was the Big West Defensive Player of the Year and First Team All-Big West.
’23-’25: He played his freshman and sophomore seasons at Colorado State, while there he injured his hand his freshman season and only played 11 games, and he broke his thumb during practice his sophomore season and only played 9 games.
