As anticipated, things are already heating up in the Minnesota Timberwolves vs. Denver Nuggets series.
The series is now knotted at 1-1 after the Timberwolves' 119-114 win on Monday night, using 54 combined points from Anthony Edwards and Julius Randle and some clutch plays down the stretch to overcome a Game 1 loss. As the series heads to Minnesota, however, the Nuggets may have some "bulletin board material."
After Monday's win, the Timberwolves' best wing defender, Jaden McDaniels, took a shot at the entire Denver team's defensive capabilities.
Here's what McDaniels said about Nikola Jokic, Jamal Murray and more.

McDaniels, who had 14 points on 7-of-15 shooting in Monday's Game 2 win, was asked postgame what was working for the Timberwolves offensively. He had a blunt answer.
"Go after [Nikola] Jokic, Jamal [Murray], all the bad defenders. Tim Hardaway, Cam Johnson, Aaron Gordon, their whole team," McDaniels said. "Just go at them."
Asked for a bit of clarification, McDaniels said more plainly: "They're all bad defenders."
"They don't got people who can defend the rim," McDaniels said. "You gotta know the right moments, when to attack."
