After eight seasons at the helm, Tim Adams is stepping down as the boys basketball coach at Park Tudor, leaving behind a legacy of resilience and success. Adams, who also served as the school's assistant athletic director, posted an impressive 115-66 record, securing two sectional titles and a regional championship along the way. He will officially resign from both roles at the end of the school year.

"Park Tudor was great for me and my family for eight years," Adams shared. "It’s been a great experience and had a major impact on my life, and I’m grateful for that." While he plans to stay involved in basketball, the next chapter of his journey remains open.

Adams took over a program in 2018 that was reeling from an 8-16 season and still recovering from the scandal left by former coach Kyle Cox. With a clear vision, he rebuilt the Panthers into contenders. The turning point came in the 2022-23 season with a sectional title, followed by a remarkable 20-6 campaign that included a regional crown. The team came within a single point of upsetting Jack Benter and Brownstown Central in the semistate—a testament to how far they'd come.

"My goal at the beginning was to leave it in a better place when I left, and we have done that," Adams said. Last season, Park Tudor finished 14-9 and reached the semifinals of the Marion County Tournament, further solidifying the program's resurgence.

Before his head coaching role, Adams honed his skills as an assistant at Brebeuf Jesuit, Cathedral, and Marian University. He expressed gratitude to upper school director Sarah Webster and athletic director Courtney Whitehead for the opportunity to lead at Park Tudor.

For fans and athletes, this transition marks the end of an era defined by grit and growth. As the search for a new coach begins, Adams leaves behind a program that's not just winning games, but building character—a true win for high school basketball.
