Leicester Tigers have brought in Craig Childs and Rod Seib into their senior coaching set-up for next season.
The pair will replace the outgoing Brett Deacon and Peter Hewatt, with Childs leading the defence coaching team and Seib taking the reins of Tigers' attack.
Seib joins from Irish side Connacht, while Childs will make the move from the DHL Stormers, in South Africa.
"After speaking to multiple players and coaches about Craig, and meeting him when we played in Cape Town, I'm sure he'll have a positive impact at Tigers," head coach Geoff Parling told the club website.
Seib has coached alongside Parling with Australia 'A' and against him as a club coach in Super League club rugby.
"We're excited to welcome Rod to Tigers; he's an excellent coach who will add real value to what we do," Parling added.
"I worked with him at Australia 'A' where I saw someone who brought detail, innovation and was excellent at improving the individual."
Deacon, who made 135 appearances as a player for the Tigers, is to join Gloucester next season as their forwards coach.
