The Cleveland Browns made some noise this offseason, and general manager Andrew Berry is once again proving he knows how to build for the future. After a successful NFL Draft, the offense got a major facelift—starting with Utah offensive tackle Spencer Fano in the first round, followed by a bold double-dip at wide receiver with Texas A&M's KC Concepcion and Washington's Denzel Boston.
Now, with fresh talent flooding the roster ahead of the 2026 season, the Browns face a classic roster crunch. Who stays, and who goes? One name that keeps popping up in trade chatter is veteran wide receiver Cedric Tillman. According to Browns insider Zac Jackson, the 2023 third-round pick could be on the move this offseason. If Tillman hits the trade block, here are three teams that should be first in line.
1. Atlanta Falcons
With Kevin Stefanski now calling the shots in Atlanta, a reunion with his former Browns wideout makes all the sense in the world. The Falcons added Jahan Dotson and drafted Georgia's Zachariah Branch, but their depth at receiver still looks thin heading into next season. Tillman knows Stefanski's system inside and out, and at 26 years old, he offers a cheap, reliable big-body option opposite star Drake London. It's a fit that feels almost too perfect.
2. Washington Commanders
The Commanders need to give Jayden Daniels more weapons—and fast. After missing out on Ohio State's Carnell Tate and passing on Arizona State's Jordyn Tyson in the draft, Washington's receiver room looks thin beyond 30-year-old Terry McLaurin and third-round rookie Antonio Williams. Tillman would instantly step in as a physical secondary target, giving Daniels a proven red-zone threat. The Commanders took a slot playmaker in Williams, but adding Tillman's size and experience could round out their receiving corps in a big way.
