The 2A bracket saw 5-seed Rosewood edge past 4-seed East Carteret in a nail-biter, 3-2. The Mariners close out an impressive season with a 15-6 record, while Rosewood advances to face top-seed North Duplin on Friday.

In the 1A bracket, top-seed Bear Grass Charter dominated with a shutout victory over Vance Charter, winning 10-0. The Bears now prepare for an Eastern Finals clash against East Columbus.
