The Austin Packers girls golf team put on a strong showing on their home turf, securing a second-place finish in a tight quadrangular meet at Austin Country Club.

Leading the charge for Austin was standout Ailani Thiravong, who fired an impressive round of 76 to claim medalist honors, topping the entire field.
