The 2026 NFL Draft is here, which will close the books to some trades made over the years. Among those trades includes the Jakobi Meyers swap from the Las Vegas Raiders to the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Raiders receive: 2026 fourth-round pick and 2026 sixth-round pick
The Raiders got the pick from the Jags, but it originally belonged to the Minnesota Vikings, who sent it to Jacksonville for offensive tackle Cam Robinson.
The Raiders sent pick 182 in the sixth round to the Buffalo Bills for Taron Johnson. It’s been traded twice since.
Meyers was a great addition to the Jaguars in the second half of the 2025 season. After his trade to the Jags, Meyers caught 42 passes for 483 yards and three touchdowns, surpassing the numbers he posted with the Raiders earlier in the season. Meyers was a top target for quarterback Trevor Lawrence in the second half of the season, and the team views him as an important piece to the offensive puzzle moving forward.
Meyers signed a three-year, $60 million contract extension in December, which has him on the books until the end of the 2028 campaign. The Jags also moved No. 2 overall pick Travis Hunter to cornerback full-time, partially due to the fact that Meyers played so well for them in 2025.
