While Tita may not have been on the radar of major recruiting services, the Texas coaching staff, led by defensive line coach LaAllan Clark, believes they've found a hidden gem. Standing at 6-foot-2 and 225 pounds, Tita brings a unique blend of power and production to Austin.

His senior year stats are impossible to ignore: playing out of position on the interior line, he racked up 94 total tackles, 22 tackles for loss, and 11 sacks, earning Co-Defensive Player of the Year honors in a brutally tough district. His raw strength is equally impressive, holding his high school's squat record at 625 pounds—a notable feat for a school that has produced elite linemen like former Longhorn All-American Kelvin Banks Jr.

Tita's path to the Forty Acres is a testament to development, having initially signed with junior college Cisco College after his senior season. He is set to enroll on May 31 and will begin his Longhorn career at the edge position, where his athleticism and explosive power could make an immediate impact in the SEC.

His addition as the 25th member of the class bolsters a defensive front looking to build on last season's momentum. The Longhorns are coming off a 10-3 campaign capped by a decisive Citrus Bowl victory over Michigan, and this No. 7-ranked recruiting class, headlined by under-the-radar talents like Tita, shows Texas is committed to deepening its roster for the grueling battles ahead in the nation's premier conference.
