No. 7 Texas A&M (30-7, 11-5 SEC) should now be considered one of the hottest teams in the country after earning its fourth consecutive SEC series win over LSU on Saturday, defeating the Tigers 7-2 in Game 2 after Friday's 10-4 Game 1 victory. Aided by another impressive outing from sophomore pitcher Aiden Sims, striking out six with just two earned runs in seven innings.

Texas A&M's offense has been nothing short of prolific since sweeping Missouri on the road, and for the third straight game, junior first baseman Gavin Grahovac hit a home run, marking his 12th on the year, while his elite defense has been even more impressive after switching from third before the season.

However, freshman outfielder Jorian Wilson, who's built like a linebacker in Mike Elko's defense, has continued to deliver after earning a spot in the starting lineup, recording three hits and two home runs over the last two games, while his elite arm strength has helped cut off runners in their path.

Looking to sweep the Tigers for the first time in Alex Box Stadium, junior Weston Moss is expected to take the mound for the first time in weeks, which could be a good or bad thing depending on his mindset. Still, with plenty of rest, Moss should be prepared to last at least five innings.

Final injury report before Game 3. Maryland transfer Chris Hacopian is officially off the list after returning on Saturday.
