The race for South Jersey baseball supremacy is heating up, but at the very top, consistency reigns. For the third consecutive week, there are no changes among the elite six teams in our latest Courier-Post Mean 15 rankings. The standings are holding firm as the season's narrative begins to take shape.

Leading the pack once again is the undefeated powerhouse, Northern Burlington (8-0). Their dominance is clear, with seven of their eight victories coming by six or more runs. The Greyhounds are fueled by Rutgers commit Cole Marchetti, who is putting up video game numbers with a .652 batting average and a 3-0 record on the mound boasting a microscopic 0.39 ERA. They look to continue their run this Monday against Cinnaminson.

Holding steady at No. 2, Gloucester Catholic (8-3) showcased their resilience. After a tough loss to state power Delbarton, the Rams roared back with authority, defeating Clearview 16-1 behind a masterful no-hitter from Jude Morgan, who struck out 10. They return to Tri-County Royal Division action this Friday.

St. Augustine (8-3) remains at No. 3. The Hermits faced a stiff nonleague test with losses to Iona Prep and Don Bosco Prep but responded emphatically by sweeping a two-game set from Hammonton. Senior Mason Kurelko, batting .400 with seven RBIs, has been a key contributor. They face another out-of-state challenge this Saturday, hosting Pennsylvania's Holy Ghost Prep.

The unbeaten Eastern Vikings (7-0) hold firm at No. 4. After a successful trip to Florida, they returned home for a dramatic 8-4, eight-inning win over Cherry Hill East, fueled by Vinny Milillo's 3-for-4, three-RBI performance. They followed that with a commanding 16-3 victory over Lenape, setting the stage for a massive Olympic Conference clash this Friday against their undefeated rival, No. 5 Cherry Hill West.

Speaking of Cherry Hill West (6-0), the Lions' explosive offense keeps them at No. 5. Averaging a staggering 13 runs per game, their only close call was an 8-7 win over Bishop Eustace. Freshman Vincent Olivo has been a revelation, batting .429 with 12 RBIs. After their headline showdown with Eastern, the Lions will compete in the William G. Rohrer Tournament at Haddon Township on Saturday.

Rounding out the static top six is Bishop Eustace (7-3). Despite their three losses—all by a combined five runs to top-tier opponents—the Crusaders have shown their offensive firepower, plating 31 runs in their last two wins. As they continue their campaign, all eyes are on Coach Sam Tropiano, who is nearing a significant career milestone.

This week also welcomes two new teams into the Mean 15 fold, proving that the rankings are always evolving. Keep an eye on No. 11 Rancocas Valley and No. 13 Paul VI as they look to make their mark and climb the ladder in the coming weeks.
