The Seattle Seahawks have added seven undrafted rookie free agents to their roster, the team announced on Friday. This move comes as the franchise continues to build depth ahead of the upcoming season, with a particular focus on a position they notably skipped during the NFL Draft.

Leading the charge are three edge rushers—a clear area of need for Seattle. TCU's Devean Deal brings impressive experience, having appeared in 58 career games and racking up 173 tackles, 37.5 tackles for loss, and 13 sacks. Oklahoma's Marvin Jones Jr. boasts a diverse collegiate background, playing at Georgia, Florida State, and OU across 49 games, with 62 tackles and eight sacks. Northwestern's Aidan Hubbard, who started 26 of 47 games, adds to the mix with 20.5 career sacks—fifth all-time in program history.

On the offensive side, the Seahawks have added playmaking threats. Cal Poly wide receiver Michael Briscoe made 35 receptions for 787 yards and seven touchdowns in 23 games, while also contributing as a rusher and passer. Kansas wide receiver Levi Wentz, who wrapped up a five-year college journey with stops at Albany and Old Dominion, caught 16 passes for 258 yards and two scores in his lone season with the Jayhawks.

Tight end Lance Mason, a second-team All-Big Ten selection at Wisconsin, turned heads in 2025 with 30 receptions for 398 yards and four touchdowns. He previously played at Missouri State. On the defensive line, Kansas State nose tackle Uso Seumalo brings grit from 50 career games, including a standout 2025 season with 20 tackles and two passes defensed.
