The New Orleans Saints have had a very fascinating 2026 NFL Draft to this point, going offense-heavy in the early rounds, adding playmakers for Tyler Shough. But they did also get two quality defenders with Christen Miller and Lorenzo Styles Jr.
Now, at pick No. 190, things become more about finding the highest ceiling players and just taking a shot on their potential. For the Saints, that selection became wide receiver and return specialist Barion Brown from LSU.
Brown has been productive in his time between Kentucky and LSU over four seasons, posting 2,060 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns in 50 games.
However, his return capabilities are where he has really found his footing. In 65 kick returns, he had 1,910 yards and a whopping 6 touchdowns. As for punt returns, he only had 11 for 85 yards, but he has the level of speed and field vision to really add to this special teams unit for the foreseeable future.
