Elena Rybakina didn't show signs of fatigue as she reached the Stuttgart Open final after a win over Mirra Andreeva on Saturday. The Australian Open champion played a thrilling quarter-final against Leylah Fernandez on Friday, a three-hour match that finished nearly at midnight (2200 GMT).

Elena Rybakina showed no signs of a late-night hangover, powering past teenage sensation Mirra Andreeva 7-5, 6-1 to book her spot in the Stuttgart Open final. This impressive performance comes just a day after the Australian Open champion endured a grueling three-hour quarter-final battle against Leylah Fernandez that ended near midnight.

Shaking off any potential fatigue, Rybakina found her rhythm against Andreeva. After a tight first set where she capitalized on crucial moments with her dominant serve, she unleashed her aggressive baseline game in the second to secure a commanding victory.

"I'm happy that in these important moments, my serve worked and I stayed aggressive," Rybakina said after the match. "Then in the second set being up, I was more free to hit, to step in... I guess the three-hour match yesterday, it did help me today."

This marks Rybakina's third final of the 2026 season. She will now face Karolina Muchova for the title, who earned her place with a hard-fought three-set win over Elina Svitolina.
