ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO/WQRF) — The Rock Valley College softball team stayed red-hot Friday by sweeping a doubleheader from Milwaukee Area Technical College. They took the first game 9-1 and the second game 6-1.The highlights of the first game were a solo homer by Sidney Spindel and an inside-the-park home run by McKenzie Culvey. Culvey is a sophomore who graduated from Belvidere High School.RVC, which is ranked 4th in the nation in the latest NJCAA D2 poll, now has a 37-3 record.
