Italian center Luigi Suigo, who is currently playing with Mega Basket in Serbia, is reportedly declaring for the 2026 NBA draft, according to Jonathan Givony of DraftExpress.
Suigo is averaging nine points, 5.4 rebounds and one block while shooting 56.7% from the field in 29 appearances across all league competitions. He has scored in double figures 13 times, including a season-high 23 points and eight rebounds on Feb. 21.
The 7-foot-4 prospect played for Olimpia Milano on its second team before signing with Mega Basket, logging 17 appearances over two seasons. He averaged 12.4 points, 8.8 rebounds, 1.8 blocks, 1.6 steals and 1.3 steals during the 2024-25 season.

Suigo is considered a possible second-round pick this year because of his offensive skill set, versatility and fluidity at his position and size. He has showcased his all-around game in flashes against high-level competition across Europe, offering a glimpse of his potential.
The 19-year-old has also represented Italy in several events at the junior level, most recently in the 2024 FIBA U18 EuroBasket. He debuted with the senior team in the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2027 European qualifiers, averaging 2.3 points and one rebound in four appearances.
Suigo is also reportedly drawing interest from college teams for the 2026-27 season as one of the top big men still available. The deadline for international prospects to withdraw from the draft is June 13.
