The Atlanta Braves showcased their offensive firepower once again, securing an 8-2 victory over the Los Angeles Angels to clinch another series win. While not scoring in every inning, the Braves' relentless pressure across five different frames proved more than enough, improving their record to 8-5 and maintaining their perfect series record this season.

The tone was set early by Ronald Acuña Jr., who led off with a double and came around to score. The momentum continued in the second inning when Austin Riley walked, stole second, and scored on a Jonah Heim ground-rule double, giving Atlanta a quick 2-0 lead.

Braves starter Grant Holmes encountered turbulence in the bottom of the second, surrendering a solo homer to Jorge Soler and issuing three walks to allow the Angels to tie the game. However, Holmes demonstrated impressive resilience, escaping a bases-loaded jam by striking out Oswald Peraza and inducing weak contact from Zach Neto and Mike Trout.

From there, Holmes locked in, pitching into the seventh inning and sparing the Braves' key relievers ahead of a team off-day. With their starter settled, the Atlanta offense went back to work. They broke the tie and never looked back, adding runs steadily to turn a close game into a comfortable 8-2 triumph, a testament to the lineup's depth and ability to capitalize on opportunities.
