Real Madrid has reclaimed control of one of the crown jewels of its renovated Santiago Bernabéu stadium—the exclusive Sky Bar—following a court-approved agreement that brings an end to a lengthy legal dispute.

The club announced that the Commercial Court overseeing the bankruptcy proceedings of Anastia Gourmet Hostelería SL, the company previously tasked with operating the luxury venue, has authorized a settlement between both parties. This decision marks a major victory for the club, which had been locked in a legal battle over the space since Anastia Gourmet accused Real Madrid of blocking its operations.

According to the club's official statement, the agreement was welcomed not only by the bankruptcy administration but also by a majority of creditors and the court itself. The ruling highlighted that the settlement served the interests of the bankruptcy process by resolving the conflict with "economic rationality and legal certainty."

The Sky Bar, situated at the highest point of the stadium, is one of the most luxurious and high-profile areas within the newly revamped Bernabéu. Spanning approximately 700 square meters, this multi-purpose VIP space was designed to offer a blend of fine dining, nightlife, and breathtaking panoramic views of both the pitch and the Madrid skyline. It features two terraces of about 250 square meters each, overlooking the stadium, Paseo de la Castellana, and central Madrid—making it a prime destination not just on match days but for year-round events.

This legal victory comes after Anastia Gourmet entered bankruptcy proceedings following unpaid debts, with Madrid's Commercial Court No. 5 formally declaring the company bankrupt late last year. Real Madrid also noted that it had already secured a favorable ruling in a separate possession-related proceeding before the Court of First Instance No. 50 of Madrid.

For fans and visitors, this means the Sky Bar—a space that was envisioned as a game-changer in stadium hospitality—is now back under the club's full control. Whether you're looking to enjoy a pre-match drink with a view or celebrate a victory under the stars, the Bernabéu's Sky Bar is poised to become an iconic destination in Madrid's social scene once again.
