With OTAs quickly approaching, we're predicting Baltimore's 53-man roster following the NFL draft and ahead of July's training camp.

As the Baltimore Ravens gear up for Organized Team Activities (OTAs) starting May 18, the roster puzzle is beginning to take shape. Following the NFL Draft and rookie minicamp, we're taking an early stab at predicting the 53-man lineup that will head into training camp this July.

At quarterback, Lamar Jackson and Tyler Huntley are the obvious locks, but the Ravens have historically kept just two signal-callers. This year, we see them bucking that trend, with undrafted free agent Nick Fagnano edging out Diego Pavia for the third spot—a testament to his strong minicamp performance.

The backfield sees a potential shakeup under new offensive coordinator Declan Doyle, who prefers using a tight end in an H-Back role over a traditional fullback. That could mean the Ravens carry three or four running backs. Adam Randall's dual-threat versatility might push Rasheen Ali for a roster spot, adding intrigue to an already competitive group.

The wide receiver room has undergone a major transformation. After back-to-back Pro Bowl seasons, Zay Flowers had his $27.3 million fifth-year option picked up, solidifying his role as the top target. Rashod Bateman, under contract through 2029, has been the subject of trade rumors following an injury-plagued 2025 season—but his talent is undeniable. Devontez Walker is a touchdown machine but still unproven heading into Year 3, while elite competition has arrived via the draft. LaJohntay Wester's punt-return skills all but guarantee his spot, adding depth to a unit that now looks drastically different than it did a month ago.

At tight end, the Mark Andrews era continues. The Ravens agreed to a three-year, $39.3 million extension with the franchise's all-time leading receiver, including $26 million guaranteed, keeping him in Baltimore as Isaiah Likely and Charlie Kolar head to the Giants. Andrews' leadership and reliability remain cornerstones of this offense.

With mandatory minicamp set for June 9-11, the Ravens have a few weeks to fine-tune their roster before the summer break. These predictions will evolve, but for now, the pieces are falling into place for what promises to be an exciting season in Baltimore.
